Colour Schemes

The background of each row is the background colour of the page; the text in the other columns is shown in the colour it will appear on the finished page. The contrast colour might be used for borders or backgrounds to highlight certain text, as dividing lines and rules or as the hover or active colour of the links.

Generally a light background with dark text is easier to read, but sometimes you may want to use a dark background with light text for emphasis.
